A must for modern fire fighting the Pump Boss monitors and helps maintain desired water pressure, within system capabilities, to help ensure constant water flow at the nozzle to keep fire fighters safer.  It adjusts engine RPM for pressure fluctuations to reduce the burden on the operator.  Adjust RPM up or down quickly and reliably through the optical technology control knob. Programmable preset settings allow  for simple uncomplicated operation.  Pump Boss features highly visible, ultra bright LED displays.  For safer start ups it always starts in pressure mode at idle RPM.  The microprocessor control is compatible for most engines.

Pro S Pressure Governors

Designed especially for firefighters, the PRO Pressure Governor has gained a reputation for being very user friendly. When operating in pressure mode (the default setting), the PRO will maintain a selected pressure setting regardless of the number of discharges that are opened as long as the system is capable of supplying the amount of water required. As more lines are opened, the PRO will raise the engine RPM automatically to maintain the required pressure. The PRO will reduce the engine RPM to maintain the required pressure when one or more of the discharges are closed down.

Programming features include automatic compensation for both low and high pressures, and high pressure surge limiting while in RPM mode (an important safety addition). Large colour coded buttons which are easier to see and operate.
